This range of throws uses the technique of ‘Kantha’ – a running stitch, one of the oldest forms of Indian embroidery, which was traditionally used in West Bengal and Bangladesh. The throws are 100% printed cotton and are embellished with lines of running stitches. A standard blanket double, they are perfect for sofas or as bedspreads, bringing an injection of colour, print and texture to a room.
This fresh and breezy throw has a beautiful peach flowering plant print with running stitches in white and peach adding beautiful depth to the design. The backing is a light peach which brings out the colourful running stitches.
