Delivery
At present, we only ship to mainland UK. The cost of which is calculated based on the weight and a secure, tracked way to send it to you. Currently the postage costs range from £1.95 up to £6.95 depending on the product/s.
How long will delivery take?
Standard Delivery is within 3-5 days.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Amendments to orders can only be made if your order hasn’t already been dispatched. Please email hello@chatsworthandgrey.co.uk
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, however, we are happy for customers to arrange collection of their order. If you would like to enquire about this please email hello@chatsworthandgrey.co.uk
Returns
We hope that you love everything you order from Chatsworth & Grey, but if something isn’t quite right, please let us know within 14 days of placing your order.
Please email hello@chatsworthandgrey.co.uk to advise you would like to return an item. As we are a small business, unfortunately you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us.
If the item is faulty or not as described, please email the reason and a picture and a return can be arranged at our cost.
Packaging Your Return
To help ensure your item reaches us safely, we kindly ask that all returns are packaged securely. Wherever possible, please reuse the original packaging and take extra care when wrapping delicate or breakable items.
Unfortunately, if an item is damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, we may need to adjust your refund to reflect its condition upon arrival.
